  6. This blog is awesome, hard to find such a repertoire of vegan goodness! Is there any chance you would know a good alternative to Greek Yogurt? I'm lactose and miss it terribly, additionally all the soy yogurts I try have way sooo much sugar.

  9. Hi Julie! I notice you use a food processor in a lot of your recipes. Now I need to buy one! I'm not sure how to buy a good one, though... Do I buy a blender or a food processor? Is there a machine that can work as both? Which one do you use?

    1. Yes, a good food processor or blender will do wonders in the kitchen. I use a Cuisanart Elite at the moment for my food processor. My blender is the Ninja. Both were gifted to me and work great! I also have the magic bullet for small jobs that I love. I would do a little research and choose one that will be good for your needs. You can find something reasonanble that will do great...or look for them when they are on sale and get yourself a nice one that will go the distance! I love my Cuisinart and would recommend that. I've use another blender that I had before for many kitchen tasks like making cashew cheese, raw ice creams, sauces, and they work well too! You may be find with your blender but look into a food processor and see if that aid you as wll in the kitchen. Hope this helps!
